In the industry, Kalp Industries is a prominent supplier and manufacturer of Inconel 600 Pipe and Tube. Inconel 600 tubing is utilized for both high temperature (up to 2000F) and cryogenic temperature applications. The material is extremely weldable and has excellent corrosion resistant qualities. The material is very resistant to both carburization and oxidation.
Alloy 600 Seamless Tube is manufactured using a cold rolling process and has low absolute roughness and good dimensional precision. These pipes are appropriate for instrumental applications. The pipes are specifically designed for greater diameter pipes. There are several schedules ranging from schedule 5 to 160. The pipes meet ASTM B167, B829, and B517 requirements. There are several dimensions based on ASTM, ASME, and API standards. The Inconel 600 Tubing runs from 4mm to 219mm for seamless pipes, 5 to 1219.2mm for welded and EFW pipes, with wall thicknesses between 0.5mm and 20mm. The pipes are specifically designed for greater diameter pipes. There are several schedules ranging from schedule 5 to 160. The UNS N06600 Tubing can be seamless, ERW, welded, fabricated, or LSAW. There are two types of pipes: round and hydraulic. These are available in three sizes: single random, double random, and cut to length. ASTM B167 Inconel 600 Seamless Pipe ends are classified as plain, beveled, or treaded. We also manufacture and supply Inconel 601 Tubing, Alloy 625 Tube, and 718 Tubing, each known for its exceptional oxidation, corrosion resistance, and high-temperature performance.
