The addition of Nickel to Copper enhances strength and resistance to corrosion while maintaining ductility. Copper nickel alloy is a low resistivity alloy that may be utilized at temperatures up to 300 ° C 570 degrees F. The alloy is most commonly seen in heat applications. These alloys are also good for control resistors and thermocouples due to their medium resistivity and lower temperature coefficient of resistance. Cu with 10 % nickel, Cu with 30% Nickel, Cu with 25 % Ni and 0.05-0.4 percent M, Copper with 45 percent Ni. Other elements can be included to copper nickel alloys valves, for enhancing hardness, corrosion resistance, Annealing, weldability, and casting ability.
These valves are used in a variety of industries, comprising pulp and paper, heat exchangers, oil and gas refineries, petrochemical industries, chemical industries, power plants, fabrication industries, and food processing. These valves are often utilized to balance and halt the circulating of liquids, gases, and other loose materials. They have the ability to manage the force of water and liquid.
We offer the best packaging and shipping services for our instrumentation valves. We also carry particular testing on their design and quality. The hardness test is used to determine its strength, whilst Impact-Resistant Tests, Positive Material Identification, Intrangular Corrosion, and Ultrasonic Testing are used to inspect their Durability. Flaring and Flattening Test and more are also done on the Cu-Ni Instrumentation Valves.
