Table of Content
The addition of Ni to Cu enhances toughness and resistance to corrosion while maintaining ductility. Copper nickel alloy is a low resistivity alloy that may be used at temperatures up to 300 ° Celsius 570 degrees F. The alloy is most commonly seen in heat applications. These alloys are also good for control resistors and thermocouples due to their medium resistivity and low temperature coefficient of resistance. Cu with 10 percent nickel, Copper with 30% Nickel, Cu with 25 percent Ni and 0.05-0.4 % manganese, Copper with 45 % Nickel. Other components can be included to copper nickel alloys valves, for improving hardness, corrosion resistance, Annealing, weldability, and casting ability.
These valves are used in a variety of industries, comprising pulp and paper, heat exchangers, oil and gas refineries, petrochemical industries, chemical industries, power plants, fabrication industries, and food processing. These valves are often used to balance and stop the circulating of liquids, gases, and other loose substances. They are capable for managing the force of water and liquid.
We offer the perfect packaging and delivery services for our products. We also carry particular testing on their design and quality. The hardness test is used to check its strength, whilst Impact-Resistant Tests, Positive Material Identification, IGC, and Ultrasonic Testing are used to determine their Durability. Flaring and Flattening Test and more are also done on the Cu-Ni Instrumentation Valves.
