The addition of Nickel to Copper boost strength and resistance to corrosion while keeping rigidity. Copper nickel alloy is a lesser resistivity alloy that may be used at temperatures up to 300 degrees C 570 ° F. The alloy is most often seen in heat applications. These alloys are also good for control resistors and thermocouples due to their medium resistivity and lower temperature coefficient of resistance. Copper with 10 % nickel, Cu with 30% Nickel, Copper with 25 percent Ni and 0.05-0.4 percent M, Copper with 45 percent Ni. Other elements can be included to copper nickel alloys valves, for enhancing hardness, corrosion resistance, Stiffening, weldability, and casting ability.
These valves are used in a variety of sectors, comprising pulp and paper, heat exchangers, oil and gas refineries, petrochemical industries, chemical industries, power plants, fabrication industries, and food processing. These valves are often utilized to regulate and stop the flow of liquids, gases, and other loose materials. They are capable for managing the force of water and liquid.
We offer the perfect packaging and delivery services for our instrumentation valves. We also carry few testing regarding design and quality. The hardness test is used to determine its strength, whilst Impact-Resistant Tests, Positive Material Identification, Intrangular Corrosion, and Ultrasonic Testing are used to determine their Durability. Flaring and Flattening Test and more are also done on the Cu-Ni Instrumentation Valves.
